Jane: Appointments can be scheduled by conveniently using any “Book Appointment” link, which will lead you directly to Jane, the scheduling and onboarding software used at Grit. Jane will prompt you to make a patient account, allowing you full access to the schedule to choose a day and time that works for you. Family members can also be added to any Jane account. New patient intake forms will be automatically emailed to you upon scheduling. Completing these intake forms through your Jane account before your scheduled appointment allows the practitioner to see all necessary information and make the best use of time.
Phone/Email: Appointments can also be scheduled by calling our office at 206.486.0390 or emailing dremily@gritspineandsportstherapy.com. Patient information such as name, phone number, and email will be collected and we will get you on the schedule for your desired appointment time. If you are calling or emailing to schedule an initial visit where intake forms are required, you can fill these out before your appointment time by following the Jane link that will be emailed to you, or by arriving 20 minutes early to your initial appointment to fill out the new patient packet on our clinic iPad.

Grit Spine & Sports Therapy is considered an out-of-network provider and does not directly accept insurance. This allows us to provide you with the highest quality of care, free of restrictions altering the level of care you receive.
You may be able to get a full or partial reimbursement for services rendered by submitting a superbill directly to your insurance company, provided by Grit Spine & Sports Therapy. Reimbursement is subject to your insurance plan and out-of-network deductible policy.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

New Patient Visit: Comprehensive evaluation and assessment of patient complaint. Visit includes detailed medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing. Treatment included in visit. 60 minutes.
Established Patient Exam Visit: Comprehensive evaluation and assessment for existing patient. Allows patient to add an area(s) of concern for diagnosis and treatment. Treatment included in visit. 45 minutes.
Follow-Up Visit (45 mins): Extended treatment duration for established areas of complaint. Recommended for patients with multiple areas of concern. Majority of visit consists of soft tissue modalities, followed by chiropractic adjustments and functional rehabilitation as needed. 45 minutes.
Follow-Up Visit (30 mins) - STANDARD - standard treatment duration for established areas of complaint. Majority of visit consists of soft tissue modalities, followed by chiropractic adjustments and functional rehabilitation as needed. 30 minutes.
Follow-Up Visit (15 mins): Shortened treatment duration for those desiring minimal treatment services or those with limited time. Visit includes soft tissue modalities in a shortened capacity followed by chiropractic adjustments.
