Our services

Chiropractic Adjustments

Controlled force is applied by hand to a specific joint to improve motion and movement of the involved segment.

Myofascial Release

Variable pressure is applied to muscle and fascia that feels stiff rather than elastic, tight, and/or areas that refer pain. Muscle-specific movements can be added to increase stretch and efficiency.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

Specially designed instruments are used to provide a mobilizing effect to scar tissue and myofascial adhesions. IASTM stimulates healing by increasing blood flow and breaking up scar tissue to increase range of motion and improve muscle function.

Rehabilitative Exercise

Tailored to each patient, the rehab process is designed to address muscle imbalances or weaknesses specific to your complaint. Exercises are used to regain strength, function, and efficient movement mechanics.

Cupping Therapy

Round cups are utilized on the skin while air is manually pumped out to create varying degrees of suction. Suction is designed to decompress muscles and connective tissues, increasing blood flow to the injured area.

Kinesiology Taping

Thin, flexible, athletic tape is applied to the skin to support muscles, ligaments, and tendons while providing support and stability without restricting range of motion.

Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

Movement-based diagnostic system used to assist diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders by identifying dysfunctions in movement patterns contributing to pain and injury.
